Circuit Inheritance

Every APIAdaptor inherits its compliance_circuit from its jurisdiction. Envelopes routed through an adaptor inherit that circuit's signal granularity.

Cross-Circuit Routing

Envelopes crossing jurisdiction boundaries apply the strictest circuit encountered. A US→EU envelope uses EU_strict, not US_flexible.

Mediator Determinism

Mediator hops are deterministic β€” derived from the sender/recipient DID pair and their plan tiers. Same pair always routes through the same topology.

Circuit Validation

The Conductor validates compliance against the relevant circuit before execution. Failed validation returns 422 COMPLIANCE_CIRCUIT_FAILED.
